Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contribution exceeds $200 in an election cycle.  When you send a check, kindly include this information with your contribution. Credit Card donation platforms will ask you for this information automatically. 

The Joe Kent Victory Fund (“JFC”) is a joint fundraising committee composed of Joe Kent for Congress (the “Campaign”) and KENT PAC (the “LPAC”) (each, a “Committee,” and, collectively, the “Committees”). Any contribution to the JFC permissible under the Federal Election Campaign Act, as amended (“FECA”), from contributors who have not exceeded their applicable Federal contribution limits, shall be allocated among the Committees pursuant to FECA and the formula set forth in this Notice.

Contributions Made by an Individual or Federal Non-Multicandidate Political Committee:

Individuals or federal non-multicandidate PACs may contribute up to $14,500. Such contributions shall be allocated in the following order:

1. Campaign shall receive any contribution not exceeding $3,300 for designation to the 2024 primary election.

2. Campaign shall receive the next contribution not exceeding $2,900 for 2022 debt retirement which will immediately be reloaned to the 2024 campaign, to the extent such debt exists,

3. LPAC shall receive the next contribution not exceeding $5,000 annually.

4. Campaign shall receive the next contribution not exceeding $3,300 for designation to the 2024 general election.
